MRI investigation of a child’s brain (1 year and 6 months) was done in department for radiology of European Clinic EUROLAB. Attached to an artificial lung ventilation unit, the child has been unconscious for 6 months. The fact is really unique as similar examinations have not been performed in Ukraine until recently because of ALV (artificial lung ventilation) impossibility with MRI proceeding.

AVL was performed with MAQUET Servo-i respiratory unit designed for operating under MRI conditions.
