Urology
Urology (from Greek uros – urine and logos – science) is a branch of medicine which studies diagnostics, ways of treatment and preventive care for diseases of women’s urinary system and men’s urogenital system
There is an opinion that a urologist is a man’s doctor. Someway that is right as urologists diagnose and cure sexual dysfunctions (impotence or lack of sexual arousal, absence or instability of erection, premature ejaculation), inflammation of the prostate (prostatitis), testicles, glans penis, prostatic adenoma, man’s infertility, different sexual infections.
But a urologist is a woman’s doctor as well: urolithiasis, cystitis, pyelonephritis, incontinence, urogenital infections. All these diseases are asexual.
